For creators, we may also collect Instagram/YouTube profile data including follower counts and engagement metrics. For brands, we collect business name, website, and industry information.
We use your information to operate the ugcInfluo marketplace, match creators with brands, process payments through Cashfree, send notifications about projects and payments, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers. Cashfree handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing (bcrypt), CSRF protection, and prepared SQL statements to prevent injection attacks. Your data is stored on secure servers.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and improve your experience. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
