ugcInfluo.in is a marketplace that connects UGC creators with brands. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the agreements between creators and brands. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or legality of content created through our platform.
Creators must deliver original content as per project specifications. All content must comply with Instagram, YouTube, and applicable platform guidelines. Creators must not use fake followers, engagement bots, or misrepresent their audience metrics. Violation may result in account suspension.
Brands must provide clear project briefs and pay creators promptly upon content approval. Brands receive full usage rights to the delivered content unless otherwise specified in the project brief.
All payments are processed through Cashfree. ugcInfluo charges a platform commission on creator earnings based on their subscription tier: Free (35%), Growth (20%), Pro (10%). Brands pay the full project amount; the commission is deducted from the creator's payout.
Creator subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds are provided for the current billing period. Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
Creators retain copyright of their work until delivered and paid. Upon successful payment, the brand receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the content for commercial purposes. The creator may showcase the work in their portfolio.
In case of disputes between creators and brands, ugcInfluo will mediate in good faith. Our decision regarding escrow fund release in disputed cases is final. All disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
