Creator subscriptions (Growth ₹249/mo, Pro ₹349/mo) are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
Brand payments for projects are held in escrow until the brand approves the delivered content. If a creator fails to deliver within the agreed deadline, the brand may request a full refund. If content is delivered but does not meet the project specifications, the brand may request one round of revisions before requesting a refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Contact support@ugcinfluo.in for refund requests with your order details.
